Car
If you are driving from central Kai, head towards Route 20. Take Route 20 north and continue until you reach the intersection with Route 16. Turn left onto Route 16. Continue straight for approximately 5 kilometers until you see signs for Kawagoe. Follow the signs for Kawagoe, and merge onto Route 254. After about 15 minutes, you will enter Kawagoe. Keep an eye out for Shintomicho street. Turn right onto Shintomicho, and continue for about 1 kilometer. Koedo Kurari will be on your left at 1 Chome-10-1 Shintomicho, Kawagoe, Saitama 350-0043.
Public Transportation
Start at Kai Station and take the JR Chuo Line bound for Tokyo. After about 30 minutes, transfer at Hachioji Station to the JR Yokohama Line towards Hachioji. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at Kawagoe Station. From Kawagoe Station, exit the station and take bus number 1 or number 2 towards Shintomicho. The bus ride will take about 10 minutes. Get off at the Shintomicho stop, and Koedo Kurari will be a short walk ahead at 1 Chome-10-1 Shintomicho, Kawagoe, Saitama 350-0043.
