Car
If you're driving from central Kai, head north on Route 20 (Chuo Highway) for approximately 25 kilometers. Take the exit towards Shimo-Kitazawa and continue straight for about 3 kilometers. Follow the signs for Toshima City and make a right turn onto Mejiro Street. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach Mejiro Garden at 3 Chome-20-18 Mejiro. There is a small parking lot available at the garden, but be aware that parking may incur a fee.

Public Transportation
To reach Mejiro Garden using public transport, start at Kai Station. Board the JR Chuo Line towards Tokyo and travel for about 30 minutes. Transfer at Shinjuku Station to the JR Yamanote Line towards Ikebukuro. Get off at Mejiro Station, which takes about 10 minutes. From Mejiro Station, exit the station and walk south for about 10 minutes along Mejiro Street. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at Mejiro Garden. The total travel cost is approximately 800 yen for the train fare.
