If you're driving from central Kai, head north on Route 20 (Chuo Highway) for approximately 25 kilometers. Take the exit towards Shimo-Kitazawa and continue straight for about 3 kilometers. Follow the signs for Toshima City and make a right turn onto Mejiro Street. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach Mejiro Garden at 3 Chome-20-18 Mejiro. There is a small parking lot available at the garden, but be aware that parking may incur a fee.

To reach Mejiro Garden using public transport, start at Kai Station. Board the JR Chuo Line towards Tokyo and travel for about 30 minutes.
