Continue for about 90 km and take the exit towards Shinjuku. Follow signs for the Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway (首都高速道路) and drive towards Chuo City. Once you reach Chuo City, look for signs to Nihonbashimuromachi, then turn onto 2 Chome−1−1. The Mitsui Main Building is located in this area. There is parking available nearby, but be prepared for potential fees.
