    If you are driving, start from the center of Kai. Head east on Route 20 (Chuo Expressway) towards Tokyo. After approximately 25 kilometers, take the exit toward Nakano City. Continue on the local roads for about 10 minutes, following signs for Numabukuro. The Numabukuro Hikawa Shrine will be on your right at 1 Chome-31-4 Numabukuro, Nakano City. There is limited street parking available around the shrine.
