    Car

    If you're driving, start by heading to the nearest major road, Route 20 (Chuo Expressway). From central Kai, take Route 20 heading east towards Hino. Continue on Route 20 for about 30 kilometers until you reach the Hino area. Take the exit for Hino City and follow the signs to Tama Zoological Park. The zoo is located at 7 Chome−1−1, Hodokubo, Hino, Tokyo. There is parking available on-site.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Tama Zoological Park using public transportation, start at the nearest train station in Kai, which is the Fujiyoshida Station. Take the Fujikyu Railway to Otsuki Station. From Otsuki Station, transfer to the JR Chuo Line and take a train towards Takao Station. Get off at Hino Station. Once you arrive at Hino Station, exit the station and walk to the bus stop. Take the Keio Bus #10 towards Tama Zoological Park. The bus will take you directly to the zoo. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the latest timings.
