If you are driving from central Kai, head south on Route 20 (Chuo Expressway) towards Tokyo. Continue on Route 20 for approximately 50 kilometers. Take the exit towards Nerima City and merge onto Route 254 (Kawaguchi Route). Follow Route 254 until you reach Kasugacho, Nerima City. Look for signs for 'The Making of Harry Potter' which is located at 1 Chome-1-7 Kasugacho. There is parking available nearby.
