Car
If you are driving from central Kai, take Route 20 towards Kofu. Continue on Route 20 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the interchange for Chuo Expressway. Merge onto Chuo Expressway and head towards Tokyo. After about 70 kilometers, take the exit for Kichijoji, and follow the signs to Suginami City. Once you are in Suginami City, navigate to 2 Chome-1-2 Koenjikita. Look for Za Kōenji on your right. Parking is available nearby, but be aware of potential fees that can range from 300 to 600 yen per hour.

Public Transportation
From Kai Station, take the JR Chuo Line train towards Tokyo. You will need to transfer at Kichijoji Station. Once you arrive at Kichijoji Station, transfer to the Keio Inokashira Line and take the train towards Shibuya. Get off at Kichijoji Station and transfer to the JR Chuo Line. Make your way to Suginami City and get off at Koenji Station. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to Za Kōenji located at 2 Chome-1-2 Koenjikita. Make sure to check train schedules for any updates and ticket prices will typically be around 1,500 yen one way.
