Car
If you are driving, head towards Ashikaga City in Tochigi Prefecture. From Tokyo, take the Tohoku Expressway (approximately 100 km, about 1.5 hours). Exit at the Ashikaga IC and follow the signs for Route 50. Continue on Route 50 and turn onto Route 293 towards Hasama. The park is located at 187 Hasamacho, Ashikaga, Tochigi 329-4216. Parking is available on-site, and parking fees are generally free.
Train
If you are using public transportation, take the JR Tohoku Shinkansen from Tokyo to Utsunomiya Station. Then transfer to the JR Ryomo Line and travel to Ashikaga Station. From Ashikaga Station, take a local bus (Ashikaga City Bus) to the Hasama area. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the Hasama bus stop, which is a short walk from the park entrance. Be sure to check the bus schedule as services may vary.
Combination (Train + Walk)
Alternatively, you can take the Tobu Isesaki Line from Asakusa Station in Tokyo to Ashikaga Flower Park Station. From there, it's about a 25-minute walk to Hasama Nature Observation Park. Head northwest on Route 293, following the signs for Hasama. This option allows you to enjoy the local scenery along the way.
