Car
From Tokyo, take the Kanetsu Expressway (E17) towards Maebashi. Continue on the expressway for about 90 km. Take exit 17 for Maebashi Interchange and merge onto Route 50. Follow Route 50 and then take Route 63 towards Midori. After approximately 16 km, turn left onto Prefectural Route 58. After about 2 km, you will see signs for Takatsudo Gorge. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the gorge.

From Tokyo Station, take the Joetsu Shinkansen (bullet train) to Takasaki Station. This journey takes about 50 minutes. At Takasaki Station, transfer to the JR Joetsu Line and board a train heading toward Maebashi. Get off at Omama Station, which is about a 30-minute ride. From Omama Station, take a taxi to Takatsudo Gorge, which is approximately 10 km away and should take around 15 minutes.
