The Treasure Museum is located within Meiji Jingu Shrine, a short walk from multiple train stations. From Harajuku Station (JR Yamanote Line), take the Omotesando Exit and walk north through the shrine grounds. From Meiji-jingumae Station (Tokyo Metro Chiyoda and Fukutoshin Lines), use Exit 2 and follow the signs to the shrine. The walk to the museum from either station is approximately 10-15 minutes. Subway fares in Tokyo typically range from ¥170 to ¥320 depending on the distance.

From the main Meiji Jingu Shrine complex, follow the signs towards the Treasure Museum, located on the northern end of the grounds. The walk is approximately 10 minutes through a peaceful, wooded area. Note that motorcycles and bicycles are not allowed within the shrine grounds and should be parked at designated parking areas near the entrances.

Taxis can drop you off at the Yoyogi Entrance. From there, inform the guard you are visiting Forest Terrace Meiji Jingu, and they will direct you to parking. From the parking area, it is a short walk to the Treasure Museum. A short taxi ride from Shibuya Station to Meiji Jingu Shrine typically costs between ¥1,000 and ¥1,500. Note that traffic may be restricted on Sundays and national holidays.
