To reach Etchūjima Pier using public transportation, first locate the nearest train station in Kawachi, such as the Kawachi-Eiwa Station. Take the Toei Subway Shinjuku Line towards Shinjuku and transfer at the Kiba Station to the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. Get off at the Toyosu Station, and from there, transfer to the Yurikamome Line.
