Public Transportation
If you are traveling from Kyoto Station, take the JR Nara Line to Tofukuji Station. From Tofukuji Station, transfer to the Keihan Main Line and get off at Gion-Shijo Station. Once you exit the station, walk towards Shijo Avenue and then turn right onto Hanamikoji Street. Continue until you reach the intersection with Maruyama Park. From Kyoto Station, take the Route 1 (Hakuba Street) heading east. After about 3 km, turn left onto Route 367 (Shichijo Avenue). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Maruyama Park.
