    Public Transport

    From Kobe Station, take the JR Kobe Line towards Himeji. Get off at Sannomiya Station (approximately 3 minutes). From Sannomiya Station, transfer to the Kobe City Bus bound for Maya Sanroku (Mount Maya). The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. Get off at the last stop, Maya Sanroku Station. From there, you can take the Maya Cable Car to the summit of Mount Maya, which offers breathtaking views of the city and the harbor.

    If you are driving, take the Hanshin Expressway Route 3 from Osaka towards Kobe. Exit at the Ikuta Road exit (Exit 8) and merge onto Prefectural Route 21. Follow the signs for Mount Maya, which will lead you to the Maya Sanroku parking area. Once parked, you can either hike to the summit (which takes about 1 hour) or take the Maya Cable Car from Maya Sanroku Station to the top.
