Car
If you're driving, take the Hanshin Expressway and exit at the Nakanoshima exit (Exit 12). Follow the signs to Nakanoshima Park, where the Rose Garden is located. Parking is available nearby, but expect to pay around 500-1000 JPY for parking fees depending on duration.

Train and Walk
For public transportation, take the JR Osaka Loop Line to Naniwabashi Station. From the station, it's about a 10-minute walk to the Nakanoshima Rose Garden. After exiting the station, head south toward Nakanoshima Park. The garden is located within the park. Alternatively, you can take the subway to Yodoyabashi Station on the Midosuji Line and walk from there as well.

Bus
You can also take a city bus to Nakanoshima Park. From Osaka Station, board the Osaka City Bus #88 or #93, which will take you directly to Nakanoshima Park. The bus fare is approximately 210 JPY. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the Rose Garden located within the park.
