Train
From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Yamato-Saidaiji Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Yamato-Saidaiji Station, transfer to the Kintetsu Nara Line bound for Osaka Namba and travel to Osaka Uehommachi Station. This leg will take approximately 45 minutes. After arriving at Osaka Uehommachi Station, take the Osaka Metro Sakaisuji Line to Temmabashi Station (about 10 minutes). Finally, exit the station and walk towards the Gempachi Bridge, which is about a 15-minute walk to the northwest.
Bus
From Nara Station, you can take the Nara Kotsu Bus route 70 towards Osaka. The bus ride takes about 1 hour. Get off at the Miyakojima Ward stop. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to Gempachi Bridge. Head northeast on Nakanocho street until you reach Gempachi Bridge.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops near Nara Station. Head towards the Nara Park and take the road that leads to the Yamatoji Line. Follow the path to the east, and head towards Osaka. The ride will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Upon reaching Miyakojima Ward, navigate to Gempachi Bridge which is easily spotted by its distinct architecture.
