Car
If you're driving, start by navigating to the Minamihamacho area in Fushimi Ward. Use a GPS device or mapping application and enter the address: 248-4 Minamihamacho, Fushimi Ward, Kyoto, 612-8045. From central Kyoto, take the Route 1 road (also known as the Kyoto City Route) heading south. After approximately 8 kilometers, turn onto Route 317. Continue on Route 317 for about 3 kilometers, and then turn left onto Minamihamacho where the Gekkeikan Sake Company is located. Parking is available near the brewery, but ensure to check for any parking fees.

Public Transportation
To reach Gekkeikan Sake Company using public transportation, head to Kyoto Station. Take the JR Nara Line towards Nara and get off at the Tofukuji Station (about a 5-minute ride). From Tofukuji Station, you can either take a taxi for approximately 10 minutes or walk (about 30 minutes). If walking, exit the station and head southeast, following signs to Minamihamacho. Continue straight until you reach the brewery at 248-4 Minamihamacho. There may be small costs for the train ticket, typically around 200 yen.

Bicycle
For those who enjoy cycling, renting a bicycle in Kyoto can be a fun way to reach the Gekkeikan Sake Company. Start from downtown Kyoto and follow the Kamo River bike path south. After about 6 kilometers, turn onto Route 317. Continue cycling for another 3 kilometers, then turn left onto Minamihamacho. The brewery will be on your left. Make sure to check if there are any rental fees for the bicycle, which can range from 1,000 to 2,000 yen for a day rental.
