If you are driving from central Kyoto, take the Meishin Expressway. Exit at the Kyoto Minami Interchange. After exiting, follow Route 1 towards Fushimi. Continue on Route 1 for about 4 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 22. Merge onto Route 22 and follow the signs for Fushimi. Kizakura Kappa Country is located at 228 Shioyamachi, Fushimi Ward, Kyoto, 612-8046. There is parking available at the location, but be aware there may be a parking fee.
