Train
From Kyoto Station, take the JR Special Rapid Service towards Himeji. Get off at Osaka Station (approximately 30 minutes). From Osaka Station, transfer to the Osaka Loop Line and take the train towards Kyobashi Station. Get off at Tenma Station (2 stops). After exiting Tenma Station, take the North Exit and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will arrive at Osaka Tenmangu Shrine located at 2 Chome-1-8 Tenjinbashi, Kita Ward.

From Kyoto Station, take the City Bus #205 towards Osaka Station. Ride the bus for about 45 minutes, and get off at Osaka Tenmangu Shrine bus stop. The shrine is a short walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs to the shrine, which is located at 2 Chome-1-8 Tenjinbashi, Kita Ward.

From Kyoto Station, take the Karasuma Subway Line towards Takeda Station. Change at Karasuma Oike Station to the Tanimachi Subway Line towards Dainichi. Get off at Tenjimbashisuji 6-chome Station (approximately 30 minutes). From there, exit the station and walk for about 5 minutes towards Tenjinbashi, where you will find Osaka Tenmangu Shrine at 2 Chome-1-8 Tenjinbashi, Kita Ward.
