Getting There

  • Train

    From Kyoto Station, take the JR San-in Line (also called the JR Sagano Line) towards Saga-Arashiyama Station. This is approximately a 15-minute ride. Once you arrive at Saga-Arashiyama Station, exit the station and follow the signs to Arashiyama.

  • Walking

    After exiting Saga-Arashiyama Station, walk towards the north exit and head straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Continue walking until you reach the Togetsukyo Bridge, which is a well-marked and famous landmark in the area.
