Train
From Kyoto Station, take the JR San-in Line (also called the JR Sagano Line) towards Saga-Arashiyama Station. This is approximately a 15-minute ride. Once you arrive at Saga-Arashiyama Station, exit the station and follow the signs to Arashiyama.
Walking
After exiting Saga-Arashiyama Station, walk towards the north exit and head straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Continue walking until you reach the Togetsukyo Bridge, which is a well-marked and famous landmark in the area.

Alternatively, from Kyoto Station, you can take the Kyoto City Bus (number 28) directly to the Arashiyama area. The bus ride takes about 40 minutes. Get off at the 'Arashiyama' stop, and the bridge is just a short 5-minute walk from there.
