    From Kyoto Station, take the Kyoto City Bus #100 or #206. Both buses head towards Kiyomizu-dera. Ride for about 15-20 minutes and get off at the 'Kiyomizu-dera' bus stop. After disembarking, follow the signs pointing to Kiyomizu-dera. You'll walk uphill for about 10-15 minutes through the charming streets lined with shops and cafes until you reach the temple.

    From Kyoto Station, take the JR Nara Line to Tofukuji Station (about 5 minutes). At Tofukuji Station, transfer to the Keihan Line and ride to Kiyomizu-gojo Station (about 5 minutes). After getting off, exit the station and turn left to find the bus stop. Take the Kyoto City Bus #100 or #206 and get off at the 'Kiyomizu-dera' stop. Walk uphill for about 10-15 minutes to reach the temple.

    If you are staying in the Gion area, you can walk to Kiyomizu-dera. Start from the Gion District and head towards the Kiyomizu Temple. Walk through Hanamikoji Street and continue towards Kiyomizu-zaka Street. Follow the signs leading to Kiyomizu-dera.
