If you're driving from Kumamoto City, take the Kyushu Expressway (E3) towards Yatsushiro. Continue on the expressway for about 25 km until you reach the Yatsushiro interchange. Exit and follow Route 3 toward Uki City. Once in Uki, follow the signs for Misumiura Misumimachi. The port is located at Misumiura Misumimachi, Uki, Kumamoto 869-3207. Parking is available near the port, but make sure to check for any local parking fees.

To reach Misumi West Port by public transportation, take the JR Kagoshima Line from Kumamoto Station. Travel to Yatsushiro Station (approximately 30 minutes). At Yatsushiro Station, transfer to the JR Hisatsu Line and take the train headed towards Misumi Station (approximately 30 minutes). Once you arrive at Misumi Station, it's a 15-minute taxi ride to Misumi West Port, costing around 1,500 - 2,000 yen.
