Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards Nagasaki City center. From the Nagasaki Expressway, take the exit toward Nagasaki (Nagasaki Interchange). Once you exit, follow Route 34 towards the city center. After about 15 minutes of driving, you will reach Tokiwamachi. Look for signs directing you to Nagasaki Seaside Park, located at 22-17 Tokiwamachi. There is parking available nearby; however, please check for any parking fees that may apply.
Public Transportation (Train and Bus)
To reach Nagasaki Seaside Park using public transport, start by taking a train to Nagasaki Station. From Hakata Station in Fukuoka, take the JR Sanyo Shinkansen to Hakata, and then transfer to the JR Nagasaki Line, which will take you directly to Nagasaki Station. After arriving at Nagasaki Station, exit the station and head to the bus terminal. Take the Nagasaki City Bus (Route 4 or 5) toward Tokiwamachi. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the Tokiwamachi bus stop, and you will be just a short walk away from the park. The total fare for the train and bus journey may cost around 3,000 to 4,000 yen.
Public Transportation (Taxi)
If you're looking for a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from Nagasaki Station to Nagasaki Seaside Park. The taxi ride will take about 10 minutes and should cost approximately 1,500 to 2,000 yen depending on traffic. Make sure to show your driver the address: 22-17 Tokiwamachi, Nagasaki, 850-0843.
