If you are driving from the center of Mikawa, head northeast on Route 1. Continue on this road for approximately 10 km until you reach the junction with Route 17. Merge onto Route 17 heading towards Kofu. After about 15 km, take the exit toward Chuo Expressway. Follow the expressway for about 40 km, then take the exit for Tokyo. Keep following the signs for central Tokyo until you reach Ochanomizu Station. There are parking facilities near the station, but be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around ¥300 per hour.

From Mikawa Station, take the local train on the Chuo Main Line towards Tokyo Station. The journey takes approximately 1 hour.
