Car
If you're traveling by car, head to Route 180 from the center of Mimasaka. Follow Route 180 towards Kibichuo. After approximately 15 kilometers, look for signs indicating Shimogamo. Turn onto the road leading to Shimogamo. Ukan Valley is located in Shimogamo, Kibichuo, Okayama, at the address 709-2331. Parking is available near the entrance to the valley. Please note that parking may incur a fee, typically around 500 yen.

Public Transportation
To reach Ukan Valley using public transportation, take a bus from Mimasaka Station to Kibichuo Station. The bus journey takes about 30 minutes and costs approximately 600 yen. Once you arrive at Kibichuo Station, transfer to a local bus heading towards Shimogamo. The local bus ride is about 20 minutes and costs around 300 yen. You will want to get off at the Shimogamo stop. From there, Ukan Valley is a short 10-minute walk. Follow the signs towards Ukan Valley, which is well-marked.

For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from Mimasaka Station to Ukan Valley. The taxi ride will take approximately 25 minutes and cost around 3,500 yen. This is a convenient option if you are traveling with luggage or prefer not to use public transport.
