Car
From central Mutsu, head south on Route 338 towards Aomori. After approximately 30 minutes of driving, continue straight onto Route 4. Follow the signs for Aomori city. Once you reach Aomori city, take the exit for Okuno Uramachi. Continue on Okuno-26 for about 1 kilometer, and you will find Aoimori Central Park on your right. Make sure to check for parking options nearby, as there may be costs associated with parking.
Public Transportation
Start at Mutsu Station and take the JR Ominato Line train towards Aomori Station. The journey will take about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Aomori Station, transfer to a local bus (check for bus routes that head towards Okuno Uramachi) or consider taking a taxi for the last leg of your journey, which is approximately a 10-15 minute ride to Aoimori Central Park. Be prepared for transportation costs: the train fare is approximately 800 yen, and the bus or taxi will vary based on the distance.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hail a taxi from any point in Mutsu. Simply provide the driver with the address 'Okuno-26-46 Uramachi, Aomori, 030-0842.' The taxi ride will take around 30-40 minutes depending on traffic and will cost approximately 5,000-7,000 yen.
