Start at Nagoya Station, board the Tōkaidō Line towards Toyohashi. Travel for approximately 30 minutes and disembark at Okazaki Station. From Okazaki Station, take the Aichi Loop Line towards Mikawa-Toyota and get off at the Yakushiyama Station, which is about a 10-minute ride. Once at Yakushiyama Station, exit the station and walk about 15 minutes to Shinpuku-ji. Follow the signs towards Shinpukujicho and head northeast; the temple will be on your left.
