If you're starting from Nagoya Station, take the Higashiyama Line (Yellow Line) towards Fujigaoka. Get off at Sakae Station, which is about 3 stops away. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the Oasis 21 shopping complex. From there, head east towards Hisaya Ōdōri Park, which is about a 10-minute walk.

From Nagoya Station, go to the bus terminal and look for the bus stop for the Meitetsu Bus. Take the bus number 16 or 17 that goes towards Sakae. Get off at the Hisaya Ōdōri stop. The park is just a short walk from the bus stop, and you will see the park entrance as you approach.

Walking
If you're staying in the Sakae area, you can walk to Hisaya Ōdōri Park. From Sakae Station, head south on Nishiki Street (Nishiki-dori) until you reach Hisaya Ōdōri Avenue. Turn left and continue walking until you see the park entrance on your right. It's about a 15-minute walk.
