Walking
From Sakae Station, take Exit 1A. Once outside, head straight towards the large intersection. Cross the street towards the Oasis 21 building on your right. After passing the Oasis 21, continue straight along the pedestrian walkway. You will reach Hisaya Ōdōri Park in about 10 minutes.

If you are near the Nagoya City Science Museum or the Oasis 21 area, you can take the subway from Sakae Station. Board the Higashiyama Line and travel one stop to Fushimi Station. From Fushimi Station, take Exit 5 and walk straight towards Hisaya Ōdōri Park, which will take about 5 minutes.
