The Komyo-in Temple is located in the Higashiyama area at 15 Chome-809 Honmachi, which is a short walk from most parking facilities.

From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Kyoto Station. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Once at Kyoto Station, transfer to the Kyoto City Bus. You can take bus number 100 or 206 towards Higashiyama. Get off at the 'Higashiyama' stop, which is about a 10-minute walk from Komyo-in Temple. Head north on Higashioji-dori and turn onto Honmachi where the temple is located.
