    Getting There

    Bus

    From Nara Park, walk to the Nara Kintetsu Station (about 15 minutes). Once there, take the Kintetsu Limited Express train to Kyoto Station (approximately 45 minutes). After arriving at Kyoto Station, transfer to the Kyoto City Bus. Catch the number 100 or 206 bus heading towards Gion. Get off at 'Gion' bus stop. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk along Hanamikoji Street to reach Gion Corner located at 570-2 Gionmachi Minamigawa.

    Train

    Start from Nara Station. Take the JR Nara Line from Nara Station to Kyoto Station (about 45 minutes). At Kyoto Station, transfer to the Karasuma Line (subway) and take the train to Shijo Station. Once at Shijo Station, exit and walk towards the Gion area, which is about a 10-15 minute walk. Follow the signs towards Gion, and you will reach Gion Corner at 570-2 Gionmachi Minamigawa.
