If you are already in Gion, the best way to reach Nishi-Hanamikoji Street is by walking. Start from the main street, Shijo Avenue (Shijo-dori). Head east towards Gion. As you enter Gion, you will see the iconic Yasaka Shrine on your left. Continue walking straight; you will pass traditional wooden machiya houses and teahouses along Hanami-koji Street. Once you reach the intersection with Nishi-Hanamikoji Street, turn left.
