If you are in the central area of Kyoto, make your way to Shijo Station on the Kyoto Subway Line. From Shijo Station, exit towards the Gion area. Walk along Shijo Avenue heading east until you reach the intersection with Hanami-koji Street. Turn left onto Hanami-koji Street and continue walking straight. After a short distance, you will see Gion Shinbashi Bridge on your right, just past the entrance to Gion.
