    Getting There

    Train

    From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line towards Kyoto. Ride the train for about 45 minutes until you reach Inari Station. Upon arrival, exit the station and head to the main road. You will see signs directing you towards Fushimi Inari Taisha, which is just a short walk away. Follow the signs for approximately 10-15 minutes until you reach the entrance to the shrine. Inariyama is located near the shrine.

    Bus

    At Nara Station, find the bus terminal outside the station. Board the Kyoto City Bus Route 26, which will take you directly to Fushimi Inari Taisha. The bus ride takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive, head towards the entrance of Fushimi Inari Taisha. Inariyama is accessible from this area.

    Walking

    If you are near Fushimi Inari Taisha, simply walk towards the shrine's main entrance. Once inside, follow the trails leading up the mountain. The path to Inariyama starts from the shrine and is marked with torii gates. The hike will take about 30-60 minutes depending on your pace.
