From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line towards Yoshino. The train ride takes approximately 45 minutes. Disembark at Yoshino Station. Once you arrive, head out of the station and follow the signs towards the Yoshino Temple area.

At Yoshino Station, find the bus stop for the Yoshino Town Loop Bus (吉野町周遊バス). Board the bus that is heading towards Yoshinoyama, and get off at the Tsuburo Lake stop (つぶろ湖). The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. From the bus stop, follow the walking path to Tsuburo Lake, which is well-marked.
