Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from Nara Park, head east from Nara Park towards the city center. Exit the park and walk along Sanjo Street (Sanjo-dori) until you reach the intersection with Takabatake Street (Takabatake-dori). Turn right onto Takabatake Street and continue walking straight until you reach the Naramachi area. Look for signs pointing to Naramachi Koshi-no-Ie. The address is 44 Gangojicho, Nara, 630-8332, and the house will be on your left.

Public Transportation
From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line. Board a train bound for Nara City. After arriving at the Nara Station, exit the station and walk towards the south exit. From there, take bus number 1 or 2 from the bus terminal to the Naramachi stop. Once you get off at Naramachi, walk along Gangojicho street. Naramachi Koshi-no-Ie is located at 44 Gangojicho, which is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
