Bus
From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Kyoto Station. Once at Kyoto Station, transfer to the JR Sanin Line (also known as the Sagano Line) and head towards Saga-Arashiyama Station. After around 30 minutes, get off at Saga-Arashiyama Station. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to Nonomiya Shrine. Exit the station, head south on Saga-Toriimoto, and follow the signs to the shrine.

Start at Nara Park, which is easily accessible. Walk to Kintetsu Nara Station, which is about a 15-minute walk. Take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Kyoto Station, then switch to the JR Sanin Line towards Saga-Arashiyama Station. Once you arrive, exit the station and walk south on Saga-Toriimoto Street for about 15 minutes to reach Nonomiya Shrine.
