Train
From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line towards Kyoto. Transfer at Yamato-Saidaiji Station to the Kintetsu Kyoto Line and continue towards Uji Station. Once you arrive at Uji Station, exit the station and turn left onto the main road (Shinkouji-dori). Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Uji Bridge.
Bus
Take the Nara Kotsu Bus from Nara Station to Uji. Board the bus heading to Uji and enjoy the scenic ride. Once you arrive in Uji, disembark at the Uji Bridge stop. From there, the bridge is just a short walk away. Follow the signs directing you towards the Uji Bridge.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Nara. Head south toward Uji, following the signs for the Kizu River Cycling Road. This scenic route will take you directly to Uji. Upon arriving, follow the signs for Uji Bridge, which will be visible from the river.
