To reach Keramashoto National Park, start by getting to Naha, the capital city of Okinawa. From Naha, you can take a ferry to Zamami Island. Head to Tomari Port, which is accessible by public transportation from anywhere in Naha. You can take a monorail to Asahibashi Station and then a bus to Tomari Port. Purchase a ticket at the ferry terminal; ferries operate regularly, but it's best to check the schedule in advance. The ferry ride takes about 50-60 minutes.

Once you arrive at Zamami Island, you can take a local bus or rent a bicycle to reach Keramashoto National Park. The bus will take you to the main attractions on the island; ask the driver for the stop nearest to the park. Alternatively, if you choose to bike, follow the signs towards the park which is around 5 km from the ferry terminal. The route is scenic and offers beautiful views of the coastline.
