Public Transport

From Kyoto Station, take the JR Tōzai Line to Kyoto Station. Transfer to the Kyoto City Bus (Bus No. 204 or 206) and ride to the Iwakura Hataedacho stop. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to the temple. The Kyoto City Bus fare is a flat rate of ¥230 for adults and ¥120 for children within the central area. From Kino Station on the Eizan Electric Railway Kurama Line, it's approximately a 5-minute walk to Myōman-ji Temple. Exit the station and walk through the quiet residential area, crossing over a small hill. The temple gate will then be visible.
