From Osaka Station, take the JR Loop Line (also known as the Osaka Loop Line) towards Tamade. Stay on the train for about 15 minutes and get off at Tsurumi Station. Once you exit Tsurumi Station, head towards the east exit. From there, you can either walk or take a bus to reach Hanahakukinen Koen Ryokuchi Park.

The ride should take about 10 minutes. Get off at the Hanahakukinen Koen Ryokuchi Park stop, and you will find the park entrance nearby.
