Public Transport
The closest station to Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park Windmill is Tsurumi-ryokuchi Station on the Osaka Metro Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line. From the station's exit, the park's central entrance is a short walk away, approximately 3 minutes. Follow the signs directing you to the Windmill. Osaka Metro fares range from ¥190 to ¥390 for adults, depending on the distance traveled. Consider purchasing an ICOCA card for convenient tap-and-go travel on Osaka's public transport.
Car
If driving, head towards Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park in Tsurumi Ward, Osaka. From central Settsu, take Route 170 (Kinki Expressway) east towards Osaka and exit for Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park. Follow the signs to the park and look for parking areas. There are 5 parking lots available. Parking costs ¥300 for 60 minutes between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, and ¥100 for 120 minutes between 7:00 pm and 7:00 am. The maximum fee for 24 hours is ¥700 on weekdays and ¥1,000 on holidays.
Walking
If you are already near Tsurumi Ryokuchi Station, exit the station and turn left. Walk straight for about 800 meters, following the pathway that leads into Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park. You'll see the Windmill as you approach the main area of the park.
