Getting There

  • Train

    From Osaka Station, take the JR Kyoto Line (Special Rapid Service) towards Kyoto. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Kyoto Station, follow the signs to the Karasuma Subway Line and take the train towards Takeda. Get off at Sanjo Station. After exiting the station, head east on Sanjo Street until you reach Sanjo Ohashi, which is just a few minutes walk ahead.

    From Osaka City Hall, take the Kyoto-bound bus (Bus number 20) that departs from the stop near the City Hall. Stay on the bus for about 50 minutes. Get off at the Sanjo Ohashi bus stop. From there, walk a short distance to the east to reach Sanjo Ohashi.

    Start at Umeda Station and take the Midosuji Line towards Nakamozu. Transfer at Shinsaibashi Station to the Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line towards Tsurumi-ryokuchi. Get off at Yodoyabashi Station and transfer to the Keihan Line. Take the train towards Demachiyanagi and get off at Sanjo Station. From the station, walk east to reach Sanjo Ohashi.
