From Sanuki, take Route 11 towards Takamatsu. Merge onto the Takamatsu Expressway (Takamatsu Jidoshado) heading towards Kyoto. Continue on the expressway for approximately 1 hour until you reach the Kyoto exit. Once you exit, follow signs to Kyoto City Center. Look for signs to Fushimi Inari Taisha, which is located at 68 Fukakusa Yabunouchicho, Fushimi Ward, Kyoto. Parking is available near the shrine, but it may cost around 500 to 1000 yen depending on the duration of your stay.

Public Transportation
From Sanuki, take the local train from Sanuki Station to Takamatsu Station. Transfer to the JR Limited Express train bound for Kyoto. Once you arrive at Kyoto Station, transfer to the JR Nara Line and take a train to Inari Station. Fushimi Inari Taisha is a short walk from Inari Station (about 5 minutes). A round trip fare from Sanuki to Inari Station will cost approximately 3,000 to 5,000 yen depending on the train service.
