Car
If you're driving from Sanuki, take Route 11 towards Takamatsu. Follow the signs for the Takamatsu Expressway and merge onto it. Continue until you reach the exit for Takamatsu. From there, follow the signs for the Okayama Expressway, and then take the exit for Shinjuku. Continue straight to Kabukicho where Tokyu Kabukicho Tower is located at 1 Chome-29-1 Kabukicho, Shinjuku City, Tokyo. Be aware that parking may be limited and could incur additional costs, typically around 300-600 yen per hour.
Public Transportation - Train
From Sanuki, head to Takamatsu Station via train (approximately 30 minutes, costs around 500 yen). Once at Takamatsu Station, transfer to the JR Shinkansen to Tokyo Station (approximately 3 hours, costs around 12,000 yen). After arriving at Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line to Shinjuku Station (approximately 20 minutes, costs around 200 yen). Once you arrive at Shinjuku Station, take the East Exit and walk towards Kabukicho. Tokyu Kabukicho Tower is located at 1 Chome-29-1 Kabukicho, which is a 10-15 minute walk from the station.

From Sanuki, take a local bus to Takamatsu Station (approximately 30 minutes, costs around 500 yen). At Takamatsu Station, board a highway bus to Shinjuku, which takes approximately 4-5 hours and costs around 4,000-5,000 yen. Once you arrive at the Shinjuku bus terminal, follow the signs to the subway entrance. You can walk to Tokyu Kabukicho Tower from there in about 10-15 minutes.
