Subway
If you are at Sapporo Station, board the Namboku Line subway (green line) towards Makomanai. Travel for two stops and get off at Odori Station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs for the South Exit. After exiting, turn left and walk for about 5 minutes straight, and you will arrive at Odori Park.

If you are near the Sapporo TV Tower, simply walk south down Odori Park. The park runs along Odorinishi Street. Keep walking for about 10 minutes, and you will find the fountain located in the center of the park area at 3 Chome Odorinishi.
