If you are near Sapporo Station, take the Sapporo City Subway (Namboku Line) towards Makomanai. Get off at Odori Station (about 2 stops). Once you exit the station, follow the signs for 'Odori Park'. You will emerge directly onto the park's eastern side, where you can start exploring the beautiful gardens and attractions.
