Public Transportation
From Settsu, take the JR Takarazuka Line from Settsu Station to Osaka Station. Then transfer to the JR Kyoto Line and head towards Kyoto Station. At Kyoto Station, transfer to the JR Sagano Line (also known as the Sanin Line) towards Saga-Arashiyama Station. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Saga-Arashiyama Station, exit the station and follow the signs directing you to the Arashiyama Monkey Park Iwatayama. The park is about a 30-minute walk from the station, or you can take a short taxi ride if you prefer.

If you are driving from Settsu, take the Route 171 towards Kyoto. Merge onto the Meishin Expressway and follow the signs to Kyoto. Once you reach Kyoto, take the exit for Arashiyama. Follow the signs to Arashiyama Monkey Park Iwatayama. Note that parking is available near the park, but there may be a parking fee (approximately 500 yen for a few hours). The drive will take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.
