Car
If you are driving, start from central Settsu and head south on Route 170 (Shinmei Street). Continue straight for about 6 kilometers until you reach the Hirakata area. Look for signs directing you to Hirakata Park as you approach. Turn left onto Hirakatakoencho, and the park entrance will be on your right. There is ample parking available on site.
Public Transportation
To reach Hirakata Park by public transport, take the Keihan Main Line from Settsu to Hirakata Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Hirakata Station, exit the station and look for the bus stop. Take the bus number 3 or 4 that goes to Hirakata Park. The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the Hirakata Park stop, and the entrance will be a short walk from there.
