From JR Maiko Station or Sanyo Electric Railway Maiko-koen Station, walk south for about 5 minutes. Follow the signs for Maiko Park and the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. The entrance to the Maiko Marine Promenade is located at the base of the bridge. A single fare from Sannomiya Station in Kobe to Maiko Station costs approximately ¥300. From Himeji, the journey takes 35 to 45 minutes.

From the Kobe Awaji Naruto Expressway, exit at the Tarumi Interchange and drive approximately 6 km to the southwest. From the Sanyo Expressway, exit at the Fusehata Interchange and drive approximately 9 km to the southwest. Parking is available at Maiko Park (P1 and P2) with 212 spaces for standard-sized cars. Parking costs ¥200 per hour.
