If you're starting from Takamatsu, take the Takamatsu Expressway towards Matsuyama. Merge onto the Tokushima Expressway at the interchange and continue towards Miyoshi. Take the exit for the Iya Valley (Iya Onsen) and follow Route 32. After approximately 30 minutes, turn left onto Route 439, and continue until you reach the sign for the Vine Bridge. The bridge is located at 162-2 Nishiiyayamamura Zentoku, Miyoshi, Tokushima 778-0102. There should be parking available nearby, but note that it may require a small fee.

If you're using public transport, start by taking a train from Takamatsu to Tokushima Station on the JR Kotoku Line. From Tokushima, take a bus to Miyoshi, which takes approximately 1 hour. From Miyoshi, you will need to transfer to a local bus that goes to Iya Valley. Get off at the stop for the Vine Bridge (Kazura Bashi).
